Affiliate compensation
NuVroo may receive compensation from qualifying clicks or purchases through eligible merchant links. This does not increase a price charged by NuVroo. The merchant controls its price, inventory, and checkout.
Merchant relationship
NuVroo redirects users to third-party merchants. It does not currently process retail purchases, collect merchant checkout payment, fulfill products, or act as merchant of record. Merchants and sellers control shipping, returns, warranties, taxes, claims, and checkout.
Ranking and disclosure
Affiliate attribution and organic relevance are separate in the current result model. NuVroo does not represent an organic result as purchased placement. Compensation that buys or materially influences placement must be separately labeled.
Sponsored products
NuVroo does not represent that it currently has active advertisers. Future paid placement will be clearly labeled Sponsored or Ad with text, not color alone.
Future direct purchasing
Direct purchasing is not currently available. It would require updated policies, merchant-of-record and payment-processor disclosures, refund and cancellation terms, tax and billing review, and separate authorization.
