1. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing or using NuVroo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to accept these Terms.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for accurate information, safeguarding credentials, and activity under your account. Notify support@nuvroo.com of suspected unauthorized access. NuVroo may require verification for sensitive requests.
3. Permitted and prohibited use
NuVroo may be used for lawful personal shopping research. Do not bypass access controls, merchant warnings, rate limits, or security; scrape protected provider responses; submit malicious or deceptive content; infringe rights; access another user’s data; expose credentials; or violate law.
4. Product-data limits
Search and product information may be incomplete, delayed, duplicated, or inaccurate. Prices, inventory, shipping estimates, specifications, ratings, images, and availability can change. Confirm material details with the merchant.
5. Merchants and checkout
NuVroo does not currently process retail purchases, collect merchant checkout payment, fulfill products, or act as merchant of record. Merchants and sellers control prices, inventory, shipping, returns, cancellations, taxes, warranties, claims, privacy, and customer service.
An unverified-store warning is not a guarantee that a store is safe or unsafe. Evaluate the merchant before leaving NuVroo.
6. Affiliate and sponsored disclosures
NuVroo may receive compensation from qualifying clicks or purchases. This does not increase a price charged by NuVroo; the merchant controls its price. Paid placement must be separately labeled.
Sponsored serving, advertiser self-service, and advertiser billing are currently disabled. Future paid placements will be labeled Sponsored or Ad with text.
7. Saved items and History
Saved items and History may synchronize across signed-in devices. Logout does not delete cloud data. Users may delete one History entry or clear all History without deleting Saved items. Account deletion is a separate verified workflow targeted for completion within 30 days after verification.
8. Reviews, content, and feedback
You remain responsible for submitted content and grant NuVroo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and moderate it only as reasonably necessary to operate and improve the service. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or private content. NuVroo may use product feedback without compensation, subject to privacy rights.
9. Intellectual property
NuVroo’s software, design, original text, and branding are protected by applicable law. Merchant names, trademarks, product images, and provider content belong to their respective owners.
10. Availability and future checkout
NuVroo may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue features and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Direct purchasing is not currently available. Future checkout requires updated legal policies, merchant-of-record and payment-processor disclosures, refund and cancellation terms, tax and billing review, and separate authorization.
11. Suspension, termination, and deletion
NuVroo may restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, fraud, abuse, law, or material violations, with notice and an opportunity to resolve where appropriate. Users may request deletion. Narrow legal or security records may remain as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, NuVroo is provided as is and as available. NuVroo does not warrant merchant conduct, seller identity, product quality, inventory, price, shipping, warranties, or third-party content. Non-waivable warranties and protections remain.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, NuVroo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss arising solely from a third-party merchant transaction. This does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited or to non-waivable consumer rights.
14. Narrow responsibility for misuse
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for third-party claims caused by unlawful misuse of NuVroo or a material violation of these Terms. This does not require a consumer to indemnify NuVroo for NuVroo’s wrongdoing or limit non-waivable rights.
15. Informal dispute resolution
Before filing a dispute, send written notice describing the issue and requested resolution to support@nuvroo.com. NuVroo and the user will have 30 days after receipt to attempt informal resolution, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
16. New York law and courts
These Terms are governed by New York law without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise. An unresolved dispute may be brought in a state or federal court with appropriate jurisdiction in New York. Eligible small-claims rights remain.
NuVroo does not require mandatory binding arbitration and does not include a class-action waiver. Nothing limits non-waivable consumer rights.
17. Severability and changes
An unenforceable provision will be limited only as necessary and the remainder continues. NuVroo may update these Terms and will post a revised effective or updated date. Material changes may receive additional notice where appropriate.
