Submit a request
Sign in, open Profile and Settings, and choose Request account deletion. The workflow records the request and target date and keeps the account available until authorized server-side deletion completes. Contact privacy@nuvroo.com if you cannot use the in-app control.
What deletion covers
The workflow deletes the authentication account and deletes or de-identifies account-linked Profile, preference, Saved, History, review, price-watch, and applicable support data, subject to narrow exceptions.
Logout is not deletion
Logging out or clearing browser data does not submit or complete an account-deletion request.
Limited exceptions and backups
NuVroo may retain only what is reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, enforcing agreements, or protecting users or NuVroo. Deleted records may remain temporarily in encrypted backups until normal rotation.
