Data Retention

These are NuVroo’s current user-facing retention targets and narrowly limited exceptions.

Production scheduling statusThe cleanup mechanism is prepared, but a Production retention schedule is not active and requires separate release authorization.

Product History

User-visible Product History normally remains for 30 days from its server-owned timestamp. Users can delete one History item or clear all History. Clearing History does not delete Saved items. Logout does not delete cloud History.

Support messages

User-facing support messages have a 30-day active-retention target. The current form does not accept attachments.

Deletion, export, and privacy requests

Account deletion and data export have a target of 30 days after identity verification. Broader privacy requests have a 45-day response target. An extension is used only when legally permitted and the requester is notified.

Legal and security exceptions

NuVroo retains information longer only when reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, enforcing agreements, or protecting users or NuVroo. Only what is necessary should be retained.

Backups

Deleted records may remain temporarily in encrypted backups until normal rotation while unavailable for ordinary product use. NuVroo does not promise immediate backup deletion or an unverified rotation duration.
