Request an export
Sign in, open Profile and Settings, and choose Export cloud data. NuVroo verifies the authenticated session and produces a non-cached JSON download. Contact privacy@nuvroo.com if you cannot use the in-app control.
Included data
The export can include Profile and preferences, ZIP, Saved items and searches, Product History, reviews, price watches, notification preferences, interface events, and applicable support messages.
Excluded data
The export excludes server secrets, internal security metadata, another user’s data, and a plain-text password.
Safe handling
The downloaded file may contain personal information. Store it securely and delete unwanted copies.
