Types of requests
A request may concern access, correction, deletion, export, restriction, objection, appeal, or another right provided by applicable law. Rights vary and are not represented as universal.
How to submit
Signed-in users may submit a request through NuVroo or write to privacy@nuvroo.com. Do not include passwords, payment-card data, API keys, or unnecessary identity documents.
Verification and timing
NuVroo verifies identity before disclosing or changing account-linked information. An extension may be used only when applicable law permits it and the requester is notified.
Request records
NuVroo records the request type, verification time, target date, extension status, completion status, and privacy-safe audit events. Sensitive request details must not be written to client logs.
